Pool 3D Privacy Policy
Pool 3D is an offline pool and snooker game. The current version does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Player names, settings, game statistics and achievements stay on your device; the game does not send them to us. If you email us for support, we use the information you provide to respond.
1. Information handled by the app
You can play without registering or providing an email address. You may choose a display name and a built-in avatar for local play. These choices, sound and control settings, match statistics, records and achievements are stored locally to provide the game's features. Two-player mode means taking turns on the same device, not communicating with another user over the Internet.
The current game does not actively collect or transmit gameplay data, display names, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data to the developer. It does not include advertising, analytics, account-login, social-network or payment SDKs.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.
2. Permissions and local security
The Android package declares Internet access. Core gameplay runs offline; Internet access may be used when you open an external privacy or support page. We do not use it to upload game records or run analytics. The current app does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or personal photo library.
The app checks its own installed package and signing certificate locally to detect damaged or modified installations. Achievement storage uses Android's local security facilities. These checks are not a player tracking system and do not upload a device profile to us.
3. Platform and website services
Google Play and your operating system may process installation, security, diagnostic or other platform information under their own policies and your device settings. This is separate from the game's local data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
This privacy page is hosted by Netlify. When you visit it, the hosting service may process standard web-request information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and secure the page. This page contains no advertising or analytics scripts. See Netlify's Privacy Statement. Your email provider also processes messages you send according to its own policies.
4. Use, sharing and disclosure
Local data is used to remember your preferences and game progress. Support correspondence is used to answer your request and maintain necessary support records. We do not sell or rent personal information or share game data with advertisers. Information you send to support may be disclosed if required by applicable law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or at your request.
5. Retention, backups and security
Local information remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Some preferences may be included in operating-system backups depending on your device settings. Protected achievement data is stored outside Android's normal backup area; cloud synchronization and cross-device achievement recovery are not provided by this version.
Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain necessary support records or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or communication method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can change local names and settings in the app. You can erase local app data using Android's app settings or uninstall the game. This can remove progress and achievements. Manage any operating-system backups separately. There is no online game account to delete. For requests about information you sent by email, contact us at jialecao@126.com.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the game. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy if the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained in the app or store listing when appropriate.
